Arctic Connect Project in Progress

The Arctic Connect Telecom Cable project has moved forward as the Cinia alliance, with Japanese and Nordic partners and an international investment bank, and MegaFon signed a MoU 6.6.2019 to set up a joint venture to prepare the build of a submarine telecommunications cable across the Arctic Sea.
